PLIÉ & PLAY: A Step Before Ballet! This class, developed and taught by Miss Rachel, is for blossoming dancers ages 11-17 months, who are just beginning to discover their dancing feet. This class is perfect for those friends who can't wait to start ballet, but need a few extra months of development. Our class will focus on beginning ballet exercises, incorporating the DWMR curriculum you know and love, with the addition of a live musician. We will also explore music using instruments and props. Class will finish with bubble time and open exploration. This class is ideal for those friends who can walk or walk with assistance, and is a perfect next step following Baby Bop! Music and before graduating to ballet at 18 months. We're kicking things off with a limited schedule in Tribeca before rolling it out to all three studios in the fall! Join us for our first-ever Plié & Play Mini-Session in Tribeca—Mondays at 10:30am, May 5-19--and your first class is FREE as a founding family!

Even though there are no weekly classes during Spring Break, the dancing doesn't have to stop! Spend your spring break dancing, singing, crafting, and creating with us! APRIL 14-18, 2025 MONDAY-FRIDAY 9:00am-12:00pm or 9am-1pm DWMR Tribeca | DWMR UWS Drop-off, Ages 3+ (potty trained) Join us day by day, or save when you join us all week! Full week: $630 Single day: $134 (Must enroll in advance, day-of drop-ins not permitted). LUNCH BUNCH add-on! An extra hour of camp for parents who wish to extend the day. Dancers should bring a packed lunch day and will eat with their peers. Then (after we digest!), we will continue with our theme-based dancing, games and art! Note: You must enroll in both camp and Lunch Bunch to participate in Lunch Bunch. 
SWEETHEART BALL
Please join us for a special day of dancing, singing, Valentine crafting, and a tea party with your little Valentine. This is an event for dancers and a dad, mom, grandparent, caregiver, or other special guest to attend together*. Valentine's tea party with pizza will be served for all dancers and grownups. This is sure to be a day as sweet as sugar... Just like your little Valentine. 
Is the WICKED soundtrack playing on repeat at your house? Well, you aren't alone! Come join our first ever DMWR WICKED Day to celebrate all things WICKED! We're calling all Elphabas, Glindas, Boqs, and Fiyeros to come sing, dance, sing some more, and top it all off with a pizza party. WICKED costumes and/or festive WICKED-colored clothing (greens, pinks...) welcome. This is a drop-off event open to dancers age 4+. WICKED

Our first ever Diwali celebration at DWMR! This is a 1.5 hour, drop-off event for dancers age 4+. We will be joined by Gati Dharani, local mom and trained Indian dancer. Ms. Gati will lead the group in a fun introduction to a fusion of Indian dance styles set to popular Bollywood tunes, followed by a Diwali-themed arts and crafts project.
No previous Indian dance training or experience required.
